[Hey, guess who's back from his mallynapping? This little critterpuff!

Aside from being a bit cold and rather (okay, very) hungry, though, he seems like he got off unscathed from his month-long stay at Hotel Malnosso.

That is, until he opens his mouth sounding like Benedict Cumberbatch. He hasn't changed his quirky speech patterns or anything; he just happens to sound like a British Sex God now instead of a magical girl mascot. Creepy.

Stalk him down at any of the food places or run into him around the village and boggle at the creampuff's new voice.]

[Leave it to Kazooie to notice Pommy in a routine Glide-by of the village's rooftops. She'd honestly been worried... a month is a long time to be gone.

So she alights near Pommy immediately, grin wide.]

[Pommy's a little startled when Kazooie lands beside him, but he's happy to see her.]

Yup! It wasn't so bad being with the Malnosso.

... What the heck did they do to your voice?!

[... Seriously. That is really really weird coming out of someone so small and fluffy-looking.]

Myuuu...Pommy doesn't know. Pommy didn't sound like this before the Malnosso took him back here!

Well, uh. That's creepy. Seriously, have the Malnosso-guys not got anything better to do or what?

... At the least they coulda given you some cool power to go with it...

[Sound-based powers aren't too strange-sounding to Kazooie...]

But uh. It's still gonna take awhile to get used to...

What's Kazooie been up to? Did Pommy miss anything interesting?

Man... you've been gone so long, you missed a whole buncha stuff. There was this weird experiment with horoscope-things and everything!

... And there was other stuff too... [Kazooie is definitely trying to remember but her attention span is not particularly suited for this.]

Horoscopes? What're those? [Are they anything like telescopes...?]

They're like these dumb... things that people say will happen to you 'cause of when you're born. Or created. Or whatever.

[Irritably:] The Malnosso made really jerky ones and then made sure they came true!

Wow, that does sound stupid. Pommy's glad Pommy missed that, then. But it looks like there was some snow while Pommy was gone...
